VICTORY COMPANY POLICY:

We stand behind our products. 

Victory warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from date of purchase, provided they have not been subjected to obvious abuse, neglect or misuse. Victory sole liability is limited to repairing or replacing products that are returned within this 90-day period with proof of purchase, unless specific product literature specifies otherwise.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may return any item purchased from Victoryfightgear.com for refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Only products purchased from our Victoryfightgear.com can be returned through this process. 
 

RETURNS:

  • Please Email us to create an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless otherwise instructed by a member of the Victory.
     

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

  • Refunds will be credited by the same method in which items were originally purchased, provided the item is returned within 120 days of purchase.

  • All products being returned must be returned in original, unopened packaging and must not be used. Victory reserves the right to decline a return request on opened, used merchandise that is not in a condition deemed acceptable.

  • The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to Victory prior to any refund being issued. Customer is also responsible for shipping costs associated with product return.

  • For exchange requests, customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with product return. Victory will pay cost for shipping of the replacement merchandise.

  • Victory cannot be responsible for lost or missing packages and recommends that customer place tracking numbers on returned merchandise.

  • With all returns and exchanges, an RMA form must be completed and returned in the package containing the product. Returns or exchanges will not be processed without an RMA form. The RMA form can be completed here.

  • Please ensure package is being sent to correct address for all returns and exchanges:

ASSUMPTION OF THE RISK

By buying, using, providing, or allowing the use of VICTORY products, you understand and agree that boxing, martial arts, mixed martial arts,  weight training, kick-boxing, and demonstration are high risk activities and, to the extent permitted by law, YOU EXPRESSLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME THE RISK OF DEATH OR OTHER PERSONAL INJURY SUSTAINED WHILE PARTICIPATING IN SUCH ACTIVITIES WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER FAULT of VICTORY including but not limited to equipment malfunction from whatever cause, or any other fault of VICTORY. Additionally, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold VICTORY harmless from any third party claims arising from such High Risk Activities or any other VICTORY product.

DUTY OF COACHES, TRAINERS, GYMS TO INFORM OTHERS OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Before you allow others to use a VICTORY product you agree that (a) you will require that they (or their legal guardian if they are minors) read, understand, and agree to these Terms and Conditions of Sale or Use, (b) you believe they (or their guardian) understand that they are participating in a high-risk activity and assume the risk of death or other personal injury, and (c) you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold VICTORY harmless from any claims made by them arising from their use of VICTORY products.
